AUTHENTICITY

My paintings -Thom Mahin Art - have been on display at respected galleries around the United States. My work is also part of prestigious private collections from NYC to California.  All work is signed (and numbered, in the case of print editions) by Thom Mahin.  Numbered editions come with print documentation.

REFUND POLICY

A 7-DAY RETURN  POLICY makes your purchase risk free. If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund  (minus any cost of shipping I have incurred) by notifying ME WITHIN SEVEN DAYS of your receipt of the artwork.

In the event of a return, the client  - THE BUYER - is fully responsible for the SHIPPING  COSTS and for the condition of the artwork in transit.  It must be suitably insured at full value. Please contact me if you would like to return the artwork. My Customer Care representative will guide you through the process.

If you want to cancel or change an order please contact me, as soon as possible, but before your order has been shipped.

In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately.  My Customer Care representative will guide you through the process. Your purchase was shipped fully insured for the purchase amount.

If you purchase artwork through Thom Mahin Art, and would like to sell it at a later date, please contact me with the name of the work and I will get back to you with current suitable price for the artwork, including price appreciation, if any, since you acquired the piece.
